Your details and information are shared only with professional suppliers for the billing, printing and shipping of your Photographic Limited Edition Artwork. We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for their marketing purposes. We do provide your personal information to reputable organizations that help us to fulfill your order.

We may share your information with others who help us analyse sales data, maintain our records, and provide other services for Sonia Friedrich Photography such as collect site navigation information. In any case, these third parties are not authorized to use your information for any reason other than to perform their contractually assigned functions.

Information regarding your purchase is stored for artwork administration and record keeping purposes within

the Sonia Friedrich Artists Registry and can include any and all of the following:

name
address
email
phone number
image name
image edition
edition series
image format
date of purchase

With any purchase you become a VIP Client. You will automatically be added to the list to receive email updates for VIP Events, Exhibitions, New Photographic Releases and News. Your order placement and purchase is considered agreement to this. You can opt out of this at anytime. Please know communications will be kept to a minimum as we respect your privacy.

Sonia Friedrich Photography may link to other websites and wildlife charities. This does not mean that we are responsible for, or that we endorse the content or policy of that website. When you enter another website or provide information via that website, you are subject to that websites privacy policy.

This site is for Clients 18 years and older. All purchases made assume the person is capable of making the purchase decision and able to pay for the artwork purchased.

Payment is 100% upfront and non-refundable. Products cannot be returned due to a change in mind. Cancellations will incur a fee of 100% once the order is placed and with our printing lab. Refunds will not be issued. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the printing of the product it will be replaced at no charge. The damaged product will need to be returned, or after agreement between Sonia Friedrich and The Client that there is a problem with the piece, and with agreement from Sonia Friedrich proof being provided that it has been destroyed, .

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice. This site may unintentionally contain pricing or typography errors. Correct pricing is validated and confirmed at the time your order is processed and payment received.

Some orders may require a signature on delivery. Any second delivery costs are charged to the client. The client may need to contact the delivering agent to arrange for suitable time for redelivery.

If your package is returned due to an insufficient, incorrect or outdated address, the client will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the items reshipped and will not be refunded or credited for shipping fees paid

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Any currency variations on the conversion of the sale price are covered by the client.

For international orders, the client is responsible for all import duties and custom fees. If a shipment is refused, the client is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. Clients may be contacted for additional shipping fees

If your package is returned due to an insufficient, incorrect or outdated address, the client will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the items reshipped and will not be refunded or credited for shipping fees paid

We reserve the right to change or modify this policy at any time.
